How to adjust the intervals in your online bookings

Change when your available appointments are shown online.

The time intervals shown in your online bookings are determined a practitioner's default appointment type.

For example, if you have an appointment that's 60 minutes in duration and this is set as your default, 60 minutes will be the interval which your patients can book into. They'd see something like this:

Scroll down to the Default appointment type:

If you select N/A, it will default to the first appointment type (and duration) in your list of appointments.

To change the intervals shown in online bookings (let's say from 60 minutes to 30 minutes), select an appointment type that's 30 minutes in length. Save your settings.

Your patients will then see the intervals for the appointments every 30 minutes, rather than every 60 minutes, as in the example below:

If you don't have an appointment type that matches the intervals you want for online bookings, create a new appointment type and set the duration to the relevant duration.
