When you're looking at the calendar in Cliniko, you may notice that some of your appointments have little symbols on them! By default, no appointment will have a symbol, but certain "actions" will result in those little symbols showing up!

Note: Practitioners with restricted access to financial details won't see any symbols on appointments related to invoices or payments.

So, what do they all mean? There are quite a few!

The patient has arrived

The person in a blue shirt means that the patient has been marked as "arrived":

The patient has not arrived

The person in a red shirt means that the patient has been marked as "did not arrive":

The appointment has a note

The little "note paper" symbol means that a note has been added to the appointment:

The patient booked online

The appointment is a telehealth appointment

The "video camera" symbol means that the appointment is a telehealth (video call) appointment:

An appointment reminder has been sent

A green tick mark means that an appointment reminder (either email or SMS) has been sent:

An invoice is outstanding

A red money symbol means that an invoice has been created for this appointment, but has not been paid in full:

An invoice is paid

A black money symbol means that an invoice has been created for this appointment, and has been paid in full:

A treatment note is in "draft" status

A paper and pencil symbol with a red pencil means that a treatment note has been created for this appointment, but is still a draft (it hasn't been saved as final):

A treatment note is in "final" status

A paper and pencil symbol with a yellow pencil means that a treatment note has been created for this appointment, and has been saved as final:
