Your first patient just arrived, and you want to process them in Cliniko. Here's exactly what you'll need to do!
Check a Patient In by Marking Them as "Arrived"
Head to the Appointments page, and then click on the patient/appointment you wish to check in:
Click the Arrived button on the appointment pop-up:
You'll see a little "arrival icon" on the appointment:
And if you click into it again, you'll see that it says Arrived:
That's all you need to do! Cliniko will now log this patient as arrived, and it will even notify the practitioner of the patient's arrival, by way of a little "ding" on their computer (which they'll hear as long as their volume is turned up!).
