Are you promoting something special for your patients and want to include the offer automatically on your invoices?
This could be details on your refer a friend program, discount options, or anything major you'd like to highlight on your invoices. Obviously it would be a bit of a hassle to type this information for each invoice that you generate, so we've added something to make this process easier!
Simply update your offer text settings within your Cliniko account, and after that, you won't need to worry about typing the same thing onto each invoice! Just follow the steps below and you're all set 🎉!
Preload an invoice with special offers
In order to preload promotions or special offers on your invoices automatically, head to Settings, and then Invoices (under the Finances section):
On this page, you’ll see a field for Offer text:
Once you've made your changes, make sure to save your invoice settings at the bottom of the page.
How offer text appears on invoices
Once you save your changes, keep in mind that the offer text added will affect ALL invoices. This includes past and future invoices.
The offer text is only displayed on the invoice PDF, when printing or emailing the invoice. It will not appear on your end when you’re creating the invoice within Cliniko. To remove the text, head back to your invoice settings and delete everything from your Offer text field. The next time you print or email the invoice, the offer text will no longer be listed.
