If you've turned on the HIPAA setting from within Cliniko, you'll be able to request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) from within your account settings!
In the patient privacy settings, under "Compliance", you'll see a button to request the BAA:
Make sure the details on the following form are correct, and the hit the "Request BAA" button:
All done! An email with the next steps will be sent to the email address you specified.
If it's been a few minutes and you don't see anything in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder!
