What does archiving an appointment type do?
Archiving an appointment type will remove the appointment type from the account so it will no longer be available for bookings. Existing appointments won't be affected. You can always view archived appointment types via the data exports.
Only administrators and power receptionists can archive appointment types.
Archive an appointment type
Head to Settings, and then Appointment types:
Select the appointment type you'd like to remove from and press "Archive" in the top-right:
You'll be prompted to confirm that you do, in fact, wish to archive the appointment type:
As mentioned, archiving an appointment type will not affect any previous appointments. It just means that you won't be able to use it in the future. In case you just need to change something about the appointment type, perhaps editing it is the way to go!
