All invoices and payments in Cliniko have a "paper trail" so that you can see which users have changed what (and when)! We'll walk you through the steps to find out how to track:
View changes made to invoices
Find the invoice in question, and click View invoice change log at the bottom:
You'll then see a summary of all activity surrounding the invoice:
This includes:
When the invoice was created,
Which user(s) created and/or modified the invoice,
When the invoice was marked as paid, and
When the invoice was closed.
An invoice's related payment will have a different log. Below, we'll explain how the payment log works.
View changes made to payments
Find the payment in question, and click View payment change log at the bottom:
You'll then see a summary of all activity surrounding the invoice:
Like invoices, you'll be able to see:
When the payment was created, and by whom, and
Any edits made to that payment (as well as who made them and when the edits were made).
These logs are visible to all users except for those with the scheduler role.
