If you need to know who does not have anything else booked with you, the Patients without upcoming appointments report is what you'd want. 👌 

This one can be useful if you're looking to follow up with people who you haven't seen in a while!

Head to Reports, and then Patients without upcoming appointments:

You can specify when their last appointment date was, as well as the practitioner and/or business. Hit that Create report button, and you'll see something like this:

If you'd like to print this report, hit Print at the top of the page:

A "print dialogue" screen will open up, and you can print it out (or save it as a PDF to your computer!). 🖨 Here's what the printed version would look like:
