Why can't I connect my Xero Cashbook or Ledger organisation?

Xero no longer supports invoicing integrations with Cashbook and Ledger organisations.

If your Xero account is set up as a Cashbook or a Ledger organisation, you'll need to change your plan by the 20th of September 2021 to keep your Cliniko integration up and running. This change is being implemented by Xero to ensure consistent functionality across their platform.

Any Cliniko accounts still connected to Cashbook and Ledger organisations on the 20th of September will be automatically disconnected from Xero. After this date, you will no longer be able to newly connect your Cashbook or Ledger organisation.
