Disable patient time zones in online bookings
Head to Settings, and then Online bookings:
Under Allow patient to select their time zone, toggle it to Off:
Save those settings! Now, when viewing the online bookings page, patients will only see available appointments in your clinic's time (and presumably theirs, if they live locally):
