When you sign up to Cliniko, your account is assigned a unique web address. This guide will cover how to find out what your address is.
Find your Cliniko login page
Head to https://www.cliniko.com and select log in or go directly to https://www.cliniko.com/login/:
The next page will ask you to enter your email address to find your Cliniko account's URL. Enter your email address, and click continue:
After entering your email address, you will be emailed a unique 6-character security code:
Note: If you accidentally closed the login page, you can use the "where prompted" link in your security code email to quickly open up the login page and automatically enter the code.
Enter the code into the login page:
You'll then see a list of any accounts you have, and can select which one you'd like to log into:
Select the account you want to log into. Your Cliniko login address will be in the address bar at the top:
You can take note of that, memorise it, add a desktop shortcut, or save it as a bookmark for quick and easy access.
