By default, the printed versions of invoices and account statements that Cliniko provides will say "Tax Invoice" and "Account Statement". Your patients would see something like this:

Invoice:

Account statement:

These titles might not always be what you want, though! Some private health funds prefer to see a different title on the documentation you provide to them. With Cliniko, you're able to change the terminology used to "describe" the invoices and account statements to whatever you need!

This article will walk you through:

☝️Note: The title changes only reflect on the PDF versions of invoices and account statements, so you won't see the new titles when looking at them in Cliniko itself.

Change the title of invoices

Head to Settings, and then Invoices:

Under General, you can change what's in the Title field to whatever you want:

Save the changes. The PDF of the invoice will now have that new title:

That's it! 👌 

Change the title of account statements

Head to Settings, and then Documents & printing:

Under Account statements, you can change what's in the Title field to whatever you want:

Save the changes, and then when you look at the PDF of your account statements, you'll see the new title:

All done! 👍
