If you need to know who does not have anything else booked with you, the Patients without upcoming appointments report is what you'd want. πΒ
This one can be useful if you're looking to follow up with people who you haven't seen in a while!
View patients without future appointments
Head to Reports, and then Patients without upcoming appointments:
You can specify when their last appointment date was, as well as the practitioner and/or business. Hit that Create report button, and you'll see something like this:
You'll see the option to "Hide patients with scheduled recalls". If you tick this box, the report will not include anyone who has a recall linked to their name.
If you'd like to print this report, hit Print at the top of the page:
A "print dialogue" screen will open up, and you can print it out (or save it as a PDF to your computer!). π¨ Here's what the printed version would look like:
Can I export this report to a spreadsheet?
Not from this report page, but if you need to see patients without upcoming appointments in spreadsheet-format, you can use the data exports tool. Head to Settings, and then Data exports:
On that page, select "Patients" as the data you want to export, and "Anytime" for both date ranges:
Once you have the exported .CSV file open, you can have a look at column AF ("Next Appointment"), which will be blank for any patients who don't have any upcoming appointments booked, as in the example below:
For easier viewing, you can use your spreadsheet program's filtering options to sort that column so that only the blank rows come up, making it simpler to see which patients do not have any upcoming appointments.
Cliniko has a lot of other handy reports, too! Check them out here. And if you have questions on this report, let our support team know! We're available through the little chat box in the lower-right. π π¬
