Get notified about new online bookings

Notify practitioners of appointments made online.

Whether you're a solo practitioner or part of a team, being notified of new online bookings can be super useful (especially if you don't want to have to check your calendar all the time!).

Currently, only practitioners can be notified of new appointments that are booked online. Administrative staff cannot be notified.

Get notified about new online bookings

Practitioners can be notified in two ways: email or SMS. If you want SMS notifications, you will need to have SMS credits on file, as each notification will cost one credit.

If practitioners are to receive notifications, they will need to have a working email address and/or mobile phone number on file in their practitioner information settings.

Head to Settings, and then Online bookings:

Under Booking notifications, select the type of notifications you'd like your practitioners to receive:

Save your settings, and you're all set!

This is a global setting, so all practitioners who offer appointments online will receive these notifications.
