If you have billable items related to appointment types, and those appointment types are offered in online bookings, then your patients would see something like this when they book:
However, you have the option to hide the prices of the appointments, so that your patients won't see how much the appointment they're booking costs.
Here's how to do that!
Hide prices in online bookings
Head to Settings, and then Online bookings:
Make sure that Show prices is set to Off:
Save your settings, and then your online bookings page will look like this (the prices will no longer be visible):
Please note that if your appointment types are enabled to take a deposit or full payment, the price will not be hidden, as payment would be required at the time of booking.
That's all there is to it! If you'd like to display those prices again, just turn that setting back on and you'll be set.
