Patient names are not showing on the calendar

Can't see patient names? The privacy setting is turned on!

Are you looking at the calendar and all you can see are times with no patient names? 😱

Don't worry, it's not a calendar full of ghosts! 👻 It sounds like you have the privacy setting turned on. Have no fear, though—it's easy to turn this off and get those names back! 🤗

While you're on the calendar, click the Show names button:

This will bring back all the patient names for you!

That's all you need to do!

You can also quickly toggle the privacy setting on/off by hitting P on your keyboard whilst on the calendar page.
