Booking a new appointment is a breeze, and as an added bonus, you can make your calendar really pretty by colour-coding your appointments! ๐ŸŒˆ ๐ŸŽจ ๐Ÿ“…

Book an appointment for a patient

Head to the Appointments page:

Note: If you have more than one business location, be sure you've selected the right one!

Navigate to the spot on the calendar that you wish to book the appointment. Click on it, and you'll see a pop-up box for your new appointment.

You can type a few letters to search for the patient's name. You can also search within the appointment type field or scroll to find the type you want:

The search feature within the appointment types field will only appear if you have 30 or more appointment types.

You can add a note specific to this appointment as well:

Once you've entered the relevant information, click Create appointment.

The new appointment will show up on your calendar! If you click on it, you will see all if its details (including the patient's contact information and whether or not they have another appointment booked):

There are a lot of other handy things you can do now that an appointment is booked, as wellโ€”such as adding a note that appears in every appointment for the same patient or viewing the log of changes.
