Knowing when (and why) patients are missing appointments can be super useful. The Missed appointments report will give you this information—it will show you any appointments that have been marked as "Did not arrive" (DNA), as well as any that have been cancelled!
Create a missed appointments report
Head to Reports, and then Missed appointments:
On the next page, set your date range, and optionally filter by practitioner and/or business:
When you've selected the type of appointment report you want, hit that Create report button:
How the date range works
Cancelled appointments and DNAs use the date range differently:
Cancelled appointments — the date range is based on the cancellation date (i.e. when the appointment was cancelled), not the date the appointment was scheduled for. For example, if a patient cancels a June appointment in April, it will appear in the April report, not the June one.
Did not arrive (DNA) appointments — the date range is based on the appointment date (i.e. when the appointment was scheduled to occur), not when it was marked as DNA.
If you're looking for a specific appointment and can't find it, check that you're searching in the right date range depending on the appointment status.
Printing or saving the report
If you wish to print or save your report, hit that Print button at the top of the page:
A "print dialogue" screen will open up, and you can print it out (or save it as a PDF to your computer!). 🖨 Here's what the printed version would look like:
Cliniko has a lot of other handy reports, too! Check them out here. And if you have questions on this report, let our support team know! We're available through the little chat box in the lower-right. 😊 💬
