On occasion, you may need to edit the details of your patients. Perhaps they have an updated email address or a new phone number—it's easy to change this!

Edit a Patient's Details

Find the patient you wish to edit. Click the Edit button:

It will say Editing patient details at the top of the screen; this means that you're in proper "editing mode":

Click the Save patient button whenever you're finished, and you're all done!

☝️ Note: If you changed a phone number or email address, all appointment reminders (both email and SMS) and confirmation emails will now be sent to the new contact information for your patient.
