If you run a registered charity or an educational institution whose students use Cliniko, you're eligible for a free Cliniko subscription. After signing up for a free 30-day trial, please reach out to our support team with relevant materials (outlined below) and someone will assist you the rest of the way!

Does my organisation qualify?

Please note that only one organisation is eligible for a free account. If you have multiple programs or branches within the same umbrella or parent organisation, it won't be possible to have a free account for each of them.

Charities

Your institution must appear on an official government or charity commision website, and you'll need to provide an official document from a governing or banking body that proves charitiable status on your organisation's name.

Please send us a link to the official government or charity commission website, as well as at least one of the following items:

  • Your charity certificate from an official government charity website

  • An endorsement for charity tax concession from Australian Taxation Office (Australia only)

  • A bank account statement addressed to your charity

Educational institutions

Please contact us with details about your institution as well as information about how Cliniko will be used there.
