The practitioner performance report is handy because it gathers a bunch of useful data in one spot, and helps you to gauge the performance of each practitioner by averaging things such as revenue, appointments, cancellations, and more.
This data is often coming in on a rolling basis—for example, someone's revenue or total number of attended appointments might be one thing on Monday, but a completely different thing on Friday. We've made it easy for you to get an updated performance report without needing to create an entirely new one.
This can be acheived by pressing the Refresh button next to any performance report in the overall list:
Once you hit that button, the report will "refresh" (you'll see it happen in real time) and then you can press the link under the Date range header in order to view the updated report. This will give you the most up-to-date data!
