It's quite likely that you'll see some cancellations due to COVID-19. Since the full impact of this outbreak is still unclear, it may be important for you to keep track of which appointments are cancelled strictly because of COVID-19.

When you're cancelling an appointment (or if a patient is cancelling their own appointment), there will be a reason called "COVID-19 related". 

🚨 Please note: if the patient has paid for their online booking in advance, they cannot cancel their own appointment using the cancellation link.
