You can see a detailed history of changes made to any patient’s profile. This is especially useful for keeping track of edits, auditing, and understanding the timeline of updates within your practice.
See a patient's log of changes
Head to a patient's page and scroll to the bottom and click on patient change log:
You’ll see a list of historical records from the moment the profile was created:
The log will show you the date and time of each update as well as the user who made the change.
The change log does not record updates to phone numbers (mobile, home, work etc.). If a number is edited, added, or removed, it won’t appear in the log.
The change log helps you see exactly what was changed, when it was changed, and who made the change. If a patient’s details don’t look right, you can trace back through the history to understand what happened. If you want to see a log of changes to appointments, check out this guide!
