Under your name, click on My info:
Under your user details, you can enter a new email address:
Down at the bottom of the page, click the Update user button:
Your email address will not change right away. A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address and you will need to click a confirmation link before the change will take place, as in the example below.
As soon as you confirm the change via your new email address, your Cliniko account will be updated.
Change your password
If you want to change your password, you will want to click the Change password button within your user information page:
On the next page, you will need to input your new password:
Click the Change password button, and then you will be prompted to enter your current password:
We ask for your current password as a security measure—this ensures that only someone with knowledge of your password (which is ideally only you) can make that change!
You will see a message that your password has successfully been changed:
