When signing up for Cliniko, we'll input your business name and country into the business information area. However, you may need to add more details such as your address, registry number, or contact details!
Edit your business information
Head to Settings, and click on Business information:
Click the Edit information button on the business you wish to change:
Fill out your business details:
You'll be able to:
- Modify the business name and address.
- Add or edit an ABN (or other relevant registration number),
- Add a website address and relevant contact information.
- Set up different email addresses for patients to reply to.
- Specify which appointment types should be offered at that business.
- Enable (or disable) online bookings.
Be sure to click the Update business button at the bottom, and those details will be saved!
