When signing up for Cliniko, we'll input your business name and country into the business information area. However, you may need to add more details such as your address, registry number, or contact details!
Edit your business information
Head to Settings, and click on Business information:
Click the Edit information button on the business you wish to change:
Fill out your business details:
You'll be able to:
Modify the business name and address.
Add a display name (used as an alias within Cliniko) for the business.
Select a specific time zone for the business.
Add or edit an ABN (or other relevant registration number).
Add a website address and relevant contact information.
Add additional business information.
Add contact information for the business.
Set up additional communication information (i.e. directions for parking).
Set up additional invoice information (i.e. payment or bank details).
Specify which appointment types should be offered at that business.
Enable (or disable) online bookings.
Upload a business logo.
Specify logo height.
Be sure to click the Update business button at the bottom, and those details will be saved!
