If you'd like to capture your patients' addresses when they book online, look no further! You can make their physical address a mandatory field when they book their appointments.

Head to Settings, and then Online bookings:

Make sure that Require address of patient is turned On:

Save your settings, and then when your patient is making a booking, they'll be required to enter their full address, as well as their email and mobile number:

If you don't want to capture their address, just turn that setting off, and they'll only be require to enter their email address and mobile phone number as their contact information.
