While Cliniko will provide you with several default body chart templates, you can also upload your own images and diagrams, as well!

This article will walk you through how to:

โ˜๏ธNote: You will need to be a Power Receptionist or Administrator to upload templates.

Add Your Own Body Chart Templates

Head to Settings, and then Body chart templates:

Click the Add template button:

Give your template a name, and then upload your file (you'll need to have it stored on your computer somewhere):

โ˜๏ธNote: Your template will need to be in PNG or JPEG format. If your template is in a different format and you're not sure how to convert it, let our support team know, and we can help out!

Once you've selected your file, given it a name, and it's loaded, click Create template:

You'll see that it's now listed with all your other templates:

๐ŸŽ‰That part is done! Now, onto using your own templates in your notes!

Use Your Own Body Chart Templates in Treatment Notes

Once you've uploaded your template, you'll want to make sure that you include a "body chart" type of question in your treatment note templates.

To do that, head to Settings, and then Treatment note templates:

Select the template you want to edit (or add a new one):

Choose "Body Chart" as the type of question:

Save that template!ย

Now, when it comes time to actually use that template in your notes, you'll want to click "Add body chart" while you're writing the note:

Select your template from the existing pool of all templates:

โ˜๏ธNote: To make selecting templates easier, you can use the search field at the top of the page to filter by key words!

Once selected, the template will load into your note, and you can start marking it up:

Your marked-up template will then be saved as a part of your note! ๐Ÿ™Œ
