Changing another user's information

Edit another user's information in your Cliniko account.

If you need to update the login or practitioner information of one of your users, here is how to do it!

Keep in mind that this function is only available to administrators.


Change another user's information

Head to Settings, and then Users & practitioners:

Select the person you wish to change, and edit their settings:

Edit the appropriate details on their user information page, and be sure to click Update user so that your changes are saved!

That's it!

If you change an email address for someone else, they will need to confirm this change via an email they will receive at the new address. If you change a password for someone else, they will get an email about it. If you are modifying someone's information to restrict their access to Cliniko, consider making them inactive instead.
